APPLICATION OF H2E TECHNOLOGY ON SHIPS

A particularly important segment of our research is the possibility of applying H2E technology on vessels ranging from yachts and speedboats, through coastal and inland waterway ships, all the way to overseas ships. The increasingly stringent requirements of the MARPOL Convention for the Prevention of All Forms of Pollution from Ships have led us to focus a significant part of our research, in cooperation with experts on marine pollution protection from ships from several renowned universities in Europe, on the possibility of applying technology by retrofitting existing ships with this technology, same as through the possibility of applying technology in ports and marinas for carbon cleaning of marine and outboard engines in order to prevent marine pollution. The focus of our further activities will be on the development of technology that can be applied to engines of different sizes and powers in the range from periodic to permanent treatment in order to prevent marine pollution from the ships.
